Introduction

Innovation is always at the heart of discussion among organisational change agents as business leaders and mangers for sustainable and competitive success. Despite the continuous need of this significant variable, it remains a mystery to most of the organisations. The questions rise such as what is innovation and creativity? Who owns it to incorporate in the organisation? And how can organisation become successful to reap its rewards?

Business leaders and organisational managers need to be aware about best practices and explore challenges for leading innovation not only as a part of workplace studies but also as a global factor for changing economy. They need to find parallel connections between creativity, change, and innovation to make structures of hierarchical management less evident. Business leaders need to determine the leadership assessment data from an extensive range of their stakeholders that includes their clients, interact with experts, and conduct various interviews with line managers and HR leaders from a diverse combination of industries.

The objective of this assignment discusses the proposed statement i.e. “In the future, hierarchical management structures will be less evident. The management of intellectual capital will require skills that nurture creativity and innovation in workforce rather than compliance as in the past.” This thesis statement will be discussed through the exploration shifts and changes in the global economy with the explanation for different factors that are required to manage to augment the generation of new products, services, ideas, and processes in the business working environment. The explanation and understanding of the change management process and identification of its impact on the success or failure of the organisation is an important part of this discussion. Different models, theoretical frameworks, and examples from industry practices will be included for successful incorporating change management in the organisation.

Discussion

The efficient performance is need of time for all organizations in order to survive in today's competitive world. The maintenance of capacity to evolve and adapt must be at the similar time due to constant changes in the external environment that includes customers, competitors, and environment (Massaro et al., 2012, n.p.). They can modify and enhance the measure o success that is attainable in the future. The creation of new knowledge will consequently happen alongside with the application of current base of knowledge. This section critically evaluate three domain areas that includes exploration of changes and shifts in the global economy, different factors that enhance new ideas, products, and processes in the working environment, and understanding of change management process in the success of failure of the organisation.
