Introduction

Various types of researches require the use of a research methodology, which is devoted primarily to the study of methods and techniques to investigate and determine how to develop the issue raised. To select from different alternatives, one in particular, is one of the most important and decisive step in the development of projects. Qualitative research is characterized by rather the emphasis on induction, rich descriptions, etc. These two positions epistemologically contrary, have often talked about what How calls the thesis incompatibility which maintains that the qualitative and quantitative research, as well the methods of data collection inherent in these two approaches could not be allied.

Experimental Learning

David Kolb provides one of the most useful and potential description of the models that are related to the adults learning process. He suggested four stages of experimental learning that are as follows:

1.Concrete Experience

2.Reflective Observation

3.Abstract Conceptualization

4.Active Experimentation

These four distinctive styles and preferences are part of a four stage cycle that is also known as a training cycle. This cycle is easy to understand by different people since they have individual learning silts. The concrete experience is related to the knowledge by acutance approach with direct or practical knowledge about some subject matter. Such knowledge is theoretically more detailed and comprehensive than other information of research. Hence, it represents some portion of the abstract conceptualization. Furthermore, the reflective observations are based on the perceived values of the experimenter. It is a transformed version of intension which comes under the active experimentation. Researchers believe that active experimentations mold the stage three, abstract conventionalization by means of testing it through demonstrations (Denzin, & Lincoln, 1972).

Grounded Theory

Grounded Theory is a research strategy developed by Glaser and Strauss in 1967. It is a general technique for creating theory that is grounded in information consistently accumulated and evaluated. Concept produces and changes during the research process due to the interaction between information collection and research periods. It is worth noting that the result of a Grounded based research is the generation of a theory, made up of a set of possible connections recommended among ideas and sets of ideas. This varies from other ethnographical methods where often the information is often presented with little thoughts from a specialist. A Ground Base Concept is a theory which is inductively resulting from the event it symbolizes and satisfies four essential criteria:

1.Fit

2.Comprehension

3.Generality

4.Management

Fit requires that the idea fits the determined information. Understanding requires that the idea be understandable to all involved in the area of research. Generality requires that the idea is appropriate in a variety of situations. Control indicates that the idea should provide management with reverence to action toward the event. Based theory provides a methodical strategy including several periods which is used to 'ground' the idea, or associate it to the reality of the event under consideration.
