Everyone has varied interests in their lives, with respect to their personal life and academic life. People, are automatically drawn to the fields or subject areas, at which they possess their respective aptitude and skills. There are numerous instances where people themselves are unaware of their personal aptitude and hidden skills, and those potentials are discovered through their journey of the school life. School is exactly the place where I was able to discover my potentials, interests and skills. The subject that fascinated me the most was the one which encompassed most of the practical and research work.
Favorite Subject
The journey of discovery of interests and skills begins as soon as the high school and college exposes a student to the numerous subjects and topics. As much as the student understands the basic concepts, the more interest is developed; this interest then pulls the student for voluntary endeavors to research on his/her own regarding the topics of the subject that fascinate him the most, and these endeavors take the student to the course of excellence and distinction. The vital revelations made by national geographic and other research matters revealed that the success factors for Adler and Allport were their continuous researches and experiments, which they carried out in their labs and in natural environment. This further fascinated me towards the practical work done in this field.
