The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant facts and figure relating to the Plan of Intention based on the company called tank coffee. Coffee business can be supposed to be a successful one due to its likeness and consumption all over the world. However, coffee Agribusiness has shrunk visibly due to the decline in international prices significantly. Historically, coffee has been a material of domestic accumulation of capital, closely linked to the origins of the industry, and with the deployment of the internal market, that is, has been a source of financing for the rest of the country's economy and allowed link with the international economy. In this paper, we will prepare a Plan of Intention taking into account our discussions with our Partner Organisation. This plan will include a general description of the specific task or set of tasks what we wish to achieve for the organisation, careful outline of methods, reasons for a schedule of staged timings, forecast of possible problems and projected solutions.

The Plan of Intention is a planning tool that allows a company to expose a transparent plans and objectives for its trading partners. Investors, financial experts and contractors to which it is intended are invited to participate effectively in the future success of the company. The Intention Plan gives them the possibility of a quick and thorough perspective of the latter. It also will also help the company to effectively cater the demands of the partners. A presentation of the company according to professional criteria, or ideas and goals, through a Plan of Intention does not guarantee by itself the success of negotiations with its partners. However, the development of a Plan of Intention reflects the commitment of leaders to take seriously in hand the future of their firm (Slater, 2004, pp. 22-47).
