Issue

The issue existing in this case is that Bob was a murderer; and he was planning to murder Carl. He didn't know about Art's reality and asked him to help him in killing Carl's. The plan was to prepare a bomb and to fit that bomb on Carl's car so that to make Bob enable to explode the car. Unfortunately, Bob was unable to accomplish his mission because Art reported and made Bob arrested in the case of an attempt to murder.
