Terminating an Employee

Terminating an employee can be done through utilizing two methods of communication. Face to face and providing a letter. In order to terminate an employee, I will first compose a letter stating the reason of the termination and will mention the last day of the employee in the organization. I will then call the employee in my office and talk to him face to face and explaining the details. After answering any concern or question of the employee, I will hand him the letter.
