Summary

Success of life is dependent on balancing the activities associated with life. These include family, work, education and personal pursuits. It also requires maintaining a balance and enjoying life in an efficient way. My dream job is to work in IT industry and be a professional in learning the skills associates with programming. I appreciate doing this work and I think it requires a person to be accurate and know ledged about the IT applications. Any kind of work requires professionalism and experience and I think that I am capable of acquiring the skills for this work and do it more efficiently. Many people select their career accidently. At first, it doesn't affect them but with time it becomes difficult for them to learn it (Strenger, 2008, 82).

These types of challenges have a huge impact on a person's life; therefore, it is necessary that the career chosen should be the one in which the person is interested and one can think of continuing it through the rest of life. In earlier times, people choose their career, whatever their family selected for them, but now this thinking has changed and people choose career in which they are interested and they think it can have a huge impact on the learning practice. I would like to work in an IT field industry and learn the technical aspects, networking and programming in IT.

Technical skills

The technical skills required for this field includes effective communication plays an important role within any career or workplace there are different ways of communication that consists of a set of messages that convey a sense of each of its members and the career itself. This career communication is a 2 way process which includes internal audience (, staff, and directors) and external audiences (users, distributors, visitors) (Jasper, 2006). Technical Skill is the knowledge and expertise to carry out activities including:-method-process-procedure. Therefore, it is working with certain tools and techniques, such as mechanical work tools and their supervisors must be able to teach you how to use it.

Preparing for development plan

The internal public communication is expressed in different ways, one way or another is responsible for the effectiveness of the career (Strenger, 2008, 82). Among the types of communication we have the formal (communication relating to labor matters has been expressed in memos, meetings) and informal (job content can be used unofficial channels but that is expressed in the offseason meetings, meeting in the corridors), vertical (occurs in policy areas of the workplace), horizontal (occurs between of the same level) and rumors (is informal and runs at high speed).The mangers of the work unit are responsible for maintaining effective communication in the career. For example, I am working in the career so I expect that if I would have any concern so it should be communicated well to the higher authorities so that they can take action against it.
