Contextual factors impacting on the organization and the HR ISSUES

The Contextual factors refer to different economic, demographic and social, political, legal and technological influence the structural factors as represented by the upper in, below. The observation of apparent structural factors the famous five competitive forces model of Porter already mentioned in namely, the power of suppliers, power of buyers, the threat of substitute products, barriers to entry and competition between firms. On the other hand, take into account the lower part of the figure, namely the internal factors the company.
