Organization performance was simply seen as a result of motivation and interaction of employee's activities. Increasingly, organizations recognize that planning and facilitating organization performance can help to achieve organizational goals and satisfied employees. The basic aim of strategic human resource management is to make a clear, defined and coherent structure for organizational growth. In this research the researcher will elaborate the relationship between the organizational growth and effective human resource management. CHAPTER 01: INTRODUCTION
The research focuses understanding different practices of human resource that are performed in developed and underdeveloped countries. The study reviews a decent amount of literature to better shed light on the topic at hand and to create a strong foundation of knowledge. A survey was conducted in addition to the literature review through the circulation of questionnaire which could elicit more expressive and subjective information to further complement the research.
