Every person in this world needs to have objectives and goals in life. The best way to keep this in check is by using effective management tools like SMART. Everyone needs to have a SMART objective. SMART stands for specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time scaled. (Learn Marketing, 2012).

When it comes to my own objectives in life, I am very clear about what I want and that is that I want to open my own photographic studio in the future. So that falls on to the part of being specific because I know that's all I really want (Business Balls, 2012). Plus it can be easily measured from my success as to if my business works the way I expect it to be. And there is no doubt that it is attainable. I plan to develop my skills further so I can be able to make it work. As far as realistic is concerned, it is realistic enough as long as I am motivated and do go as I planned and it is time scaled too. As I plan to develop myself first and in a positive manner with time proceed to it.

I need to enhance my weaknesses in quite a private growth plan. I've been savvy to their weaknesses, for example not fine in English and what sort of lawful aptitudes, willing to be their particular choice. They are two distinctive things to my advancement, is an unique aptitude, I don't have even an inkling great, I can consider hard and give careful consideration to it, greatly improve the situation in the short term.
