In this day and age, employability skills are an essential part of a person's life. In order for employers to count a person as a deserving candidate for their organization, a person must be employable. Employability skills include a vast range of skills like communication skills, problem solving skills, teamwork skills, technology skills, self management skills, learning skills, planning and organising skills and lots more. The skills mentioned are called generic skills (CDEFL, 2007, pp. 01).
This assignment is an analysis of my employability skills and will highlight the skills that are lacking or are my strengths. There are various tools used to measure employability skills. I have use the Jung Typology Test (or MBTI), Time Management Questionnaire, Human Relations Test and a Career Test.

The Jung Typology Test
This test is also known as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. There are sixteen types of personalities according to this test: ISTJ, ISFJ, INFJ, INTJ, ISTP, ISFP, INFP, INTP, ESTP, ESFP, ENFP, ENTP, ESTJ, ESFJ, ENFJ, and ENTJ. The personality characteristics included in these personality types are introversion, extroversion, intuition, feeling, judging, sensing, thinking and perceived. Jung proposed a psychological typology based on the theories of cognitive functions that he developed through his clinical observations.
Results of Test
The result of this test shows that I am the INFJ type, which means that I am a moderately expressed introvert. Furthermore, I have a slightly expressed intuitive and a distinctly expressed feeling personality. Lastly, the result shows that I have a moderately expressed judging personality.
Career Test
The career test analyzes the same characteristics from the MBTI and suggests suitable career choices.
Results
My results for the career test also show that I have the INFJ personality type, which further proves the validity of the previous test results. There are various relevant career traits of INFJs. The results show that I have an intuition to understand people and situations, and am sensitive and compassionate towards others. I place value on deep authentic relationships, and am a visionary and creative person. As an INFJ, I use my intuition to understand goals and work towards achieving them. I have strong ideals and principles, and am quite profound and complex. INFJs are confidants and protectors. People like me are natural leaders, which is something that will help me in being successful in the workplace. Employers are looking for people who are able to work in teams and lead those teams for betterment. Being an INFJ means you have a quest to live a life of meaning and purpose, and therefore my career needs to be more than a job. It has to be something that can live up to my principles and feel right (CTC, 2011, pp. 01).
