The study will be showing us the relation between the higher education and employability. Here employability defines the strategic directions for the department of employment and educations. Even though there are many different explanations behind the original concept of the education and employability. It can also be explained as the defined set of achievements that would promote in necessary but not enough conditions for the individual to get employed. In this task employability is the study that is been considered to be more difficult by some transferable, key and core skills that have been advised and gathered along with the academic valuing of effective learning.
Discussion
This relationship between the economy and the higher education is been going on for a while now. But the matter now that has aroused is that the individual who are achieving all the goals of higher education but are not getting employed. Some of the employers in the today's world demand for a multi competent employee who doesn't only consist of one area of higher education. Even though some of the aspects are related to employment criteria only and discuss about the skills needed in the employment to make major contributions to the work places and stand out. Basically these employers look for a multi talented person, so they don't have to hire different personnel for different purposes. These are some of points where the aspects of argument arises that why is this situation taking place these days and why higher education is not valued that much and the individuals staying jobless after attaining specific education in acceptable universities.
This is becoming a global issue since the relationship between the economy and the higher education is very longstanding. Usually the employers evaluate the graduates achievement or skills related to the specific discipline but they don't think that they enough sufficient skills to fulfill the task. The graduate should also have confident themselves that they are good enough for a specific position, and the employer should see those qualities in them (Yorke, 2012).

The main goal of this study is to analyzing the risk involved to the economy if these higher educated candidates are continuously devalued, the effects that it can have towards the economy of the country, because of devaluing there would be lesser number of highly educated candidates. And since they are not valued in their regions they tend to move out of the region. Governments have to take serious notes on these issues in order to maintain their country's economy. The government should work on improving the condition of higher education that would play an important role in encouraging the growth of the human stock in their country to promote growth that could increase productivity and increase the progress of technology. Since the candidates invest money in their degrees, but then when they are left jobless leaves a negative outcome.
