Different Scenarios

Scenario 1

The two scenarios, which have been mentioned, are totally different from each other. In one scenario, George Brown College needs to install a new database system to support its Human Resource Department. However, it is not going to be easy to install that system because they would need to have professional staff to run this new Database. One of the key requirements which the company would need to fulfill is ensuring that the employees will have a Microsoft Certification in C++. The College has planned to run this program for around six months and has decided to use fixed employment contract for three months. One more thing that has got a lot of value in this topic is that under a contract, employees will have a responsibility to keep the confidential information secure and trade secrets that are extremely beneficial for the company. The college will even need to make sure that once the employees would leave this firm, they are not going to violate the contract. They are not going to spread out any confidential information about the company. The former employees must show a responsible attitude and should not perform any unethical activity. It does not leave a favorable impression about the employees who does not care of ethical values.

This means that they can repeat the same thing in other companies, which is not, a positive thing about that employee. The salary, which was decided, for the employees were $50,000. It was a vital component of a contract that had a lot of value. The compensation element always carries importance in a contract because they can cause dispute in the future between an employer and employee due to the absence of a proper agreement.
