This paper will attempt to compare and contrast Commonwealth of Virginia's understanding of the “strong and weak wills” and “the will to power” as well as Allen idea of justice, with Desmond's understanding of “freedom” as “agapeic service” and Socrates' “prisoner” that is “dragged up” out of the “cave” and becomes “enlightened”.
