This is a business plan to open a new restaurant in Fulham, London. Kenneth Dining Inn will be a sole proprietor business. This new restaurant will serve around 100 customers at a time with quality food, along with an excellent ambiance to enhance the overall experience of customer. The mission statement of Kenneth Dining Inn will be to surpass the expectations of customers in all respects through offering great ambiance to its customers, as well as to offer high-quality food along with a wonderful experience at reasonable prices.

Nowadays, UK restaurant industry become highly competitive as competitors provide great focused on differentiation and competitive advantage. Fulham is an excellent location to open a food restaurant as it is one of the 35 centres in London, with 182,400 population. The menu of the restaurant will offer a range of healthy, simple and fast food items, and are divided into three main sections: menu of family dining and menu of fine dining. The competitive advantage of Kenneth Dining Inn will be serving great food, along with overall dining experience and pleasure for the customers.

In order to attract and gain the potential customer, Kenneth Dining Inn will employ several marketing strategies, such as the grand opening, email marketing, social media, online reviews, get involved in the community and custom banners.
