Abstract

K12 was established in 1999, the aim of setting up this organization, is to solve the problems, of almost 40% of the parents in United States of America regarding the educational requirements of their children. Mostly those children who faces some difficulty under the traditional educational models, due to some facts like, the method of education is slow and boring, or if the student is left behind in some subject, it would be impossible to get in pace with the rest of the class, or the children simply just gets lost in a large group of students. This could be because the traditional educational institutions work for children's all around the country that restrict them from providing educational support for each student individually. It is our mission at K-12 to provide children with such an exceptional learning methods and tools, to maximize the chances of leading a successful life, regardless of the financial, geographic and demographic circumstances.

Introduction

Since 1999, we have steadfast to our real objective, which was to provide the opportunity of individualized learning to each and every children located inside the United States of America, we have provided children's with opportunities of one-to-one learning, children's including from kindergarten to the high school students located across the country. This solution of ours has successfully changed the lives of many children's and is continuing to do so. Our biggest fans are the parents of the children that we have educated up-till now, this is our greatest achievement as it is the parents that play an eminent role in the education of children, and achieving their satisfaction was a big positive for us.

Jackson Public School Case Study

We will consider the example of Jackson public school (an educational institution), for this case study of ours. The process of hiring (Mississippi School Boards Association, (2009)) that is being followed in the Jackson public school is divided in to three sections. All interested candidates are required to submit applications for the desired positions, and if the applicant application is being approved, then comes the second step in which a board of trustees set a committee whose job is to screen the background of the employee, for any possible criminal records. After this process, comes the recruitment procedure which includes conditions like, employee should have a valid certificate from Mississippi, and should have graduated from accredited institution.

On 8, June, Baynard (Jackson, (2010)) the principal of Jackson public school got terminated from his job, on charges of bullying, abuse of his authority, insubordination along with extortion.
