Recent revisions on theories had always heated the debates about the causes and the effects of motivation and morale in criminal behavior in an individual and the identification process for those behaviors. The concept of motivation and morale are the factors which lead to the conditioning of the negative behavior of the people. This negative behavior then take form of criminal activities when the basic needs of people are not satisfied. Strain theory took its rebirth in literatures and generated new ideologies and concept over the topic. Though, these improvements developed curiosity for the latest crime explorations, so it became impossible to match up with literature updating.

Motivation and Morale in the work place

For the success of any kind of organization, motivation and morale are two most important corner stone's. They are most essential components of making the essential work environment. As per the simple definition of each, motivation is the inspiration to do something based on the instinct desires of the person. These desires can be psychological, social or emotional. Morale, on the other hand, is the confidence and optimism that a person has.

In relation to organization morale is the level of satisfaction of employees related to their work. It is the attitude of seeing their work, environment and the colleagues. It also indicates the level of happiness among the people. The level of contentment is directly related to the productivity of the organization. There is a direct correlation between motivation, morale and the "bottom line"; a successful business likely has an emphasis on employee motivation and morale. There is more to a successful business than recognizing the importance and effects of motivation and morale amongst staff.

Discussion

There are various methods through which motivation and morale can be restored or built in the work place. One of the most effective methods is to lead by example which means representing your assurance and obligations to the idea that your business and its accomplishment are assembled on a corporation between you and your personnel. The employee's continuously need attention like a child. When you ignore a child they tend get oriented towards the negative behaviors and hence moving towards the criminal acts through constant conditioning behavior. Likewise, the employee's productivity decreases if they are not motivated, continuously (Ponticell, 2011).

Following are some methods through which the Motivation and Morale of the staff can be increased.

Flexibility in the work environment

Flexibility in working hours, schedules, duties help to boost the morale of the employee to increase the productivity. It has always proved to be beneficial for the organization as employees can fit their lives in around their job; people prefer this sort of job.
