A Vulnerable Population

In Texas, according to the National Alliance to End Homelessness, there were 36,911 persons homeless in 2011, which means that approximately 15 out of every 10,000 persons in this state are homeless, and the Houston territory, the latest detail demonstrate that more than 8,700 individuals are without a home here on a given night. Indeed, numerous poor families homeless or not impart comparative aspects: they are generally headed by a solitary lady with restricted training, are typically adolescent, and have high rates of domesticated brutality and mental illness. Nature of the Vulnerability

The percentage of the uninsured children is 6.7 % and 27.5 % of the adults with the age between 19 and 25 were uninsured in 2012 (Cohe & Martine, 2012). The ratio of uninsured persons varies from state to state of United States, as shown in the figure below:
