The paper includes completing an online survey on DISC-personality-style and discussing the results attained from it. The discussion of my DISC report includes assessing aspects of the report that describes me well, assessing those aspects that do not seem to describe me well and relating this result to other self-assessments that I might have taken in the past. Furthermore, the paper includes creating a performance improvement action plan. Specifically, the paper includes “Plan of Action and Commitment Timetable” as a performance improvement action plan.

Although, there are a number of personality style assessment tools, but DISC dimensions of behavior is one of the most effective instruments among all. DISC is most extensively researched, most popular and one of the most reliable personality style learning instruments that helps people explore behavior across different dimensions including Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. DISC has been successfully used by more than 30 million people and it has been a personality style learning for people. DISC is an instrument which allows an individual gain an in-depth knowledge of an individual's behavioral characteristics and preferences by ensuring an individual's privacy, because of its self-assessment tools such as self-scoring and self-interpreting (Brocato, 1995).
DISC Result
I conducted my personality style assessment using DISC instrument which, through the results, provided an understanding of what motivates me the most, the kind of environment that I prefer and, more importantly, the results explore my strengths.
