Abstract
In this paper, we try to explore the concept of total quality management in a holistic context. We will also analyze the TQM practices and standards in the Emirates Airline Industry. Emirates airline serves the whole world, being the occasion of one of the most important and biggest intercontinental carriers. The cause of the great success of the airline of the Emirates, in addition to tourism and business development of the country, is also its easy access to cheap kerosene. Emirates lines run at more than 100 directions for 65 countries on six continents. Emirates Airlines is famous for its excellent passenger service. Since the beginning of its activity, they have been awarded over 400 awards and prizes. The quality management is the set of activities that contribute to the achievement of quality in a production of goods or services. As far as the total quality management of the airline is concerned, the Emirates Airline has to provide the desired quality and the elements of trust in that capacity. Also, to customers related to it by contract, the company must comply with contract in terms regarding quality, price and time. This is for its external goals to achieve. Internal Objectives, meanwhile, come from the company's obligations towards its staff and to its shareholders, or more generally, with those who put the means at its disposal. The company searches for the profitability, competitiveness, sustainability, and growth. Improving the quality of its supplies and services, gained through better process control, the company has a key factor in profitability and competitiveness over its competitors.

Introduction
Emirates airline is one of the world's richest airlines. It was established in October 1985 and is owned by the government of the United Arab Emirates. The first flight of the Emirates airline was to Karachi and Bombay, and in July 1987, the aircraft carrier already reached in Europe. Its direction was the first European airport London Gatwick. In June 1990, it initiated the first connection lines from South - East Asia - to Singapore. UAE lines belong to the alliance Arab Air Carriers Organization.
