Tourism is recognized as a spontaneous phenomenon, embracing influences aspects such as environmental, social, political and economic. When considering the range of human transformation associated with the phenomenon, it is noted in this study ability to promote interpersonal ties. However, contemporary society follows a trend to adaptation of technological advances, which sometimes results in the prioritization of virtual values to the detriment of actual experiences. The focus of this research is on the tourist's perception about his experience in the travel and tourism raises influences in his imaginary and their reflections. Moreover the technology in this era has reduced the tourism. For instance a company wants to conduct a meeting with another company locating at some other place, theses companies conduct meeting by the usage of the technology (Scott, 2010, 283-295).

Since world has became a global village people from one country travel another country and this has became as an industry known as “tourism”. There could be many reasons of travelling and tourism, people travel for the sake of enjoyment or business. Apart from that some people also travel because their country is in the war, it has happened in the world war.

Thus, it builds up a dialogue between the experiences of the “encounter” with the other, the valuation and unravels the culture of a place. But one also catches the eye internal split over the timing of the trip, which becomes an occasion for “Encounter” with others and with you.

People suffer constant changes and develop their paradigms and concepts about the world. However, the tasks performed automatically on work or in other activities which are ultimately taking the time to examination and observation of the subjects on the environment around them. In this sense, it discusses the possibility of travel to promote the awakening for the “other” to the “next” to the “I” and especially for knowledge on the extent of cultural differences and similarities. What would cause an interest in human relationships as well as a recognition and appreciation of life and actors that comprise it?

The tourism through its actors, in one place, you can appreciate the educating people about the environment, making them more human and instigating the sensitivity of the sense of belonging. Consequently, the ideas of cooperation, solidarity, and the symbolism of community gain prominence and become understood according to the intensity of perception of each traveler. This work speaks to many authors who address the fundamentals sociology, contemporary tourism and others that show the importance of culture and respect for diversity. With so many opinions is made an investigation on the role of tourism as its social and human aspect, attempting to reveal whether or not the perception of tourism as an opportunity for “Encounter” (Reisinger & Crotts, 2010, 153-164).
