Introduction

Learning takes place every day in our lives. Thus, it is very important to start the process of learning through teaching student s from the age of 3-5 years old. However, it also matters that from which background does the students belongs. Moreover, as an assignment for the class this paper will highlight the teaching of students with Hispanic background. These children have a close relationship with the Spanish culture and are part of the South American society.

Learning happens when cognition, emotion and environment influence a person's brain and this thinking process. This concept has given rise to different learning theories and learning methods. Keeping in mind the nature of learning, it cans occur over a long distance, across borders, internationally. Thus, as a teacher teaching students of three to five years old of Hispanic background this paper will highlight on the technique of group teaching. However, group learning although has great benefits on a majority level, since group students all well aware of themselves and their respected set of skills which are being highlighted during task activities. On the contrary, it has its own downfalls, since students with a low background or belonging to a more 'mute' mood shall be able to shine in a general gathering (Shepard, 2000).

Teachers matter more than anything. If we want them to succeed with students, we must invest generously in the focused, coherent, professional development that has fueled dramatic growth in student achievement in places. Therefore, it becomes vital for implementing the theories for teaching and learning. However, it is important for the teaching to be constructive and effective. The function of teachers is very crucial among the constructivism of learning theory. Rather of affording a lecture the teachers in this paper the purpose is to assist the student when it concerns their own understanding and teaching them in a group. This assumes away focal point from the lecture and teacher and puts it on the learning of the students.

Discussion

Teching students with different background are a tricky job and it becomes more difficult when we have students within the age of 3-5 years old. Thus, more important purpose of selecting the notion of group learning is because of the fact that the students are from the Hispanic background and there need to be development of social values in such students. Apart from that group learning will create a scenario that will help them to build the habit of socializing with people. Thus, when the students grow up they will have a plus point for them in socializing with people as adults.

Group learning is a joint process in which knowledge is not given as something finished, but rather as a process of construction by the group.
