Introduction

Sports nutrition refers to the intake of various nutrients for the body characteristics, depending on the movement from the outside world, to meet the needs of a variety of nutrients due to movement of dynamic nutritional supplements that have been popular for nearly half a century abroad. This is the reason why the importance of nutrition is very high during the adolescence years. Therefore, all the issues related to the nutrition during the sports will be discussed in detail.

Aim

The aim of the module, we studied is to identify the impacts of health nutrition and performances of individuals, who take proper diet. This study describes the aims of sports nutrition in the performances of males and females during sports.

Discussion

Sports nutrition is a good companion for sports and fitness as it can complement the calories consumed in the movement to repair the damage muscle tissue, promote metabolism, recovery from fatigue, balanced nutrition, and thus improves the physique, and enhance the effect of exercise. When considering composition and performance, sports nutrition can be divided into five categories such as; protein and amino acids, creatine class, reduced fat class, to maintain homeostasis classes and carbohydrate, and the nutrients (Jeukendrup, and Gleeson, 2010).

If your goal is to be a bodybuilding champion, you must train, feed and behave as such, if your goal is an adequate weight gain during pregnancy or healthy aging, the focus should be the same, respecting the proper proportions (Jeukendrup, and Gleeson, 2010).
