Introduction

Many people have pervasive misconception regarding sleep (Strogatz, (1986)); according to them sleeping is just a state under which our body “turns off” for several hours, and after few hours it “Turns back on” when we wake up. Most of the People think of sleeping (Hobson, (1989)), as a relatively constant and passive process that is unchanging, and our brain works much faster in our sleep then id does while we are awake.
