The main argument of the paper is that the capital punishment is against the essence of justice and humanity. Even though the crime can be capital in nature; however, it is not fair to penalize such a crime with this kind of penalty. The capital punishment, according to this paper, violates the fundamental of human rights, as it snatches the basic right of living form the human beings. The premises which are used in this paper in order to support the conclusion are;

After killing a person, the purpose of justice is ceased;

Intentional killing does repair the crimes;
