The project concluded peacefully with the group performing very well in a synergetic way. The work went smoothly, will relevant numbers of meetings taking place for the work which required a high level of coordination and communication. Even inside organizations with high success rates, one factor, which does not ever changes on each new effort are the amount of knowledge (information power) possessed by the chosen task team members, or the team leader.
