Introduction

Human Resource is the backbone of any organization. Properly taught and highly accomplished human resource is perceived as the utmost asset of an organization. Human resource can effectively work when all of its areas operate properly and comply with the mission and goals of the organization (Darke & Manes, 2000, 1). Various areas of Human Resource includes compensation benefits, training and development, recruitment and selection, Employee / Employer Relations, Health & Safety, Strategic Planning, performance management etc. Out of all important areas Recruitment is a basic area that needs be complied with organizational strategy and needs to be operated effectively as it plays a very important role in success of an organization (Collin & Han, 2004, 685). The Recruitment are a technique to pick or choose among a set of candidate or candidates to the right people to fill the posts in the company, therefore, the main objective of recruitment is to have the largest number of people available, who meet the job requirements or charges to cover the organization.

Recruitment process identifies interested qualified candidates to fill vacancies (Trudel, 2009, 4). The recruitment process begins and ends the search when receiving applications for employment. Recruitment of personnel is the preliminary phase of employment process, which aims to attract agents to the company for consideration with a view to possibly hiring them. Human resource is all about managing people and Recruitment and selection of those people is the most important function of Human Recourse department (Ryan & Tippins, 2004, 305). In this paper, I am going to advice HiTech International on how it should they plan develop and implement recruitment strategy for their organization as it is an important strategy playing significant role in growth of the organization. The purpose of this paper is to let readers know about the importance of recruitment strategy for an organization.

Introduction to the Company HiTech international is a fast growing company of the world. Currently, the company has employees over 30,000 working in sixty different countries. Its annual turnover is more than $19 billion. HiTech is located in West Dublin, there are around 2500 people working in European headquarters. Only 10% of company employees are hired on subcontract basis while other 90% are permanent employees of the company. The company deals in provision of computer software and specially made software solution for their corporate clients, the company also assist them in use of internet on maximum use. In addition the company provide its customers with complete after sales service which is beyond the regular sales service of software. HiTech is globally recognized market leaders in many of its principal line of business. The company grows or falls because of its capability to innovate. HiTech operated in completive market which is also highly specialised; industry is continually into innovative directions because of technological developments coming on stream.
