The purpose of this assignment is to discuss the effectiveness of online recruitment for an organization. E-recruitment or online recruitment is the process of selection of candidates. The main objective of e-recruitment is to facilitate the contact between the companies and those looking for a job. In particular, companies that wish to enter professions within their structure can post ads on online platforms which available to companies that specialize in e-recruitment. Recruiting and screening candidates online are among the most dynamic sectors of the new economy. Online recruitment is a convenient, quick and easy to find stable and remunerative employment, and the next candidate to fill vacant positions easily, on the side of business. Recruit the right person is always a challenge. To recruit the right people for the job, companies use a variety of strategies. Innovative electronic methods can be combined with tried and true traditional methods to attract qualified staff. Sometimes current employees can be a good source of new talent (Suter, 2000).

The contributions and benefits of Internet-related technologies are significant in terms of recruitment communication for the organizations. Online recruitment has so many advantages. It is fast, economical, and interactive allowing greater reactivity; it is a medium of marketing and recruitment itself. Some banks or multinational companies or even large groups have created their websites sections dedicated to human resources, indicating the importance of online recruitment tools in the search for certain profiles.

Today we speak of corporate projects where these channels are the lifeline under which planned targets will be met.
