Reality therapists accept as factual that altering what we do is the key to altering how we seem and to getting what we desire (Glasser, 1997). The title reality, though catchy, is effortlessly misread by those who suppose that reality therapy has certain thing to do with giving persons "a dose of reality'' (Wubbolding 2004). The aim of this paper will be to discover the diverse values and general effectiveness of reality therapy amidst a varied population.

From a realistic viewpoint it is very hard to change our strong sentiments directly.
