HIV positive is one of the biggest issues on the medical ground in the nearly every country. This paper aims to explore the various implications of HIV positive in the United States. HIV is the leading cause of death in the United States of America. With the rapid increment in the community, there has been a significant increase in the prevalence of the disease. United States of America has been a targeted location for the migrants. With its extended area and a vast variety of job availabilities, the immigrants from all over the globe feel attraction to move here. This can be termed as globalization. HIV itself is a threatening and one of the fastest spreading diseases as per today's statistics. Globalization has its influence on almost all the fields of our lives. One of them is Health care. Countries take many steps to ensure the delivery of quality health care facilities to their citizens (Ford foundation, 2013).
