The focus of this paper would be on developing a major health Information Systems for a hospital. This health Information Systems would be wireless i.e. implementation of Information Systems through mobile system. The development of this Information system is for a private hospital that offers services on a cost recovery basis. The hospital contains 1000 beds and specializes in cardiology related services. The hospital's Information Systems is quite dated, coming with a number of legacy systems and the efficiency of the systems in producing management reports is found to be lacking.

Wireless Technology Infrastructure in hospital

The system that has been selected is the software infrastructure which has been formulated to offer healthcare solution for hospital via using mobile healthcare device. In this paper, the discussion has been given on how the data from the devices stored into a generic Internet of Things - IoT back-end and then the same information would be retrieved by means of employing web services in order to offer an interactive portal that further offer patients data in a very integrated manner. This innovation has been introduced due to the existence and use of mobile device as a gate way for reaching the back-end Internet of Things IoT plat-form. This supports application operation and hence then pertaining t to the healthcare in vertical manner. Furthermore, Mobile device has been employed as a persistent health-care gate-way which gathers data from the medical devices employing either Wi-Fi or Blue-tooth and up-loads the gathered data to the back-end server in the stated format. Therefore, here mobile application would be acting as the edge of platform. Various healthcare devices has been consider to be connected with mobile devices such as ECG, Pulse oxygen meter, blood pressure monitor and hence body fat analyzer (Zielinski, 2010, pp. 175-180)

Importance of any technology is based on its timely and effective usage. We are planning to provide high speed internet access to our stakeholders for their convenience. Virgin internet would be our internet supplier. Service like high speed internet would generate positive results for the organizations and the individuals associated with it. In initial phase, we will offer internet access with a speed of 20 mega bytes per second. Overall efficiency of an organization increases with an increase in the speed of internet (Dennis, Wixom, Roth, 2012, pp. 90-95).
