Introduction

The William Olefins chemical factory produces a full range of products and services related to petrochemical industry. It produces ethylene, propylene, and transports all the natural gases that require high temperature of heating in the heat exchangers. It is a large scale production industry where reaction temperatures reach more than 800 °C and produces more than 700,000 tonnes of chemicals to be used in the plastics industry. The two main business lines that Williams run are: Midstream and Gas Pipeline (The Williams Companies, 2013).
