Organizational Communication

Introduction

Organizational communication is communication in organized and managed by the company. It serves to channel the information down to the filter, to provide the right information at the right times and good people. It is an important tool for good management of the business but more importantly, it sanitizes many relationships in the business.

The communication organizational process consists of sending and receiving messages within a complex organization. This process may be internal, i.e. based on relationships within the organization, or external (for example, between organizations). If the organization is a business, communication distinguishes between three systems:

•Operational (refers to tasks or operations)

•Regulatory (orders and instructions)

•Maintenance (public relations, recruitment and advertising)

If we extend the concept of communication, organizational communication understood as the process of production, circulation and consumption of meanings between an organization and its publics. (Weick, 2009)

Communication within a company buys a hierarchical, based on orders and commands, acceptance of policies, etc. That is why we must highlight the importance of individual relationships against collective relations and cooperation between senior officers and directors or employees. Organizational communication is a tool that allows the movement of information in organizations to link the needs and interests of the latter, with its staff and society.
