The human behavior affects genetic inheritance as well as experiences both. The diverse ways through which people develop and shape the business is a social experience and circumstances in the background of their inherited genetic prospective. . Everyday companies face new challenges, whether an established organization or a small business that is just beginning there are always new issues that affect their behavior and performance (Clawson, 2009, pp: 49).

All organizations are made up of distinctive social, as well as cultural setting; this culture of the organization is established by the behavior generated by the employees through the social connections. The beliefs along with the behaviors establish as to how a business's employees and management interact with one another, handling the business transactions. Time and again, business culture is inferred, not explicitly clear, and expands organically over the passage of time through the snowballing persona of the employees the organization hires. The culture of the companies ought to reflect in the employee's dress code, the office hours, setup of the organization, benefits gained by the employee, turnover rate of the business, hiring and firing decisions, client's treatment, satisfaction level of the client and all other operational feature (Aldrich & Pfeffer, 1976, pp: 12).Group Performance

The most important factor that has contributed towards the success is the professional group of workforce. There are a number of companies who form groups and divide the tasks. In case of General Motors, the company has put up a structure that will focus more on task groups and teams to pursue their institutional goals (Brudan, 2010, pp: 14).

No organization exists in a vacuum. Each and every organization is working in a distinctive environment and is inextricably linked to the environment. Therefore, in order to form a unity the company forms group within the organization (Wilmot et al, 2010, pp: 31). The environments, in which the companies work, present numerous milieus that are affecting the business along with its performance such as the production of the company, and its operations. The management style of a company can be crafted differently. This will help the company to make employees satisfied and happy. Another strategy, which will help companies so as to adopt a unfamiliar culture, is that the entire department can approach different management styles. All the management styles are typical ways of decisions making approaches that relate to an individual's subordinates. The modern organizations have started to realize that an important requirement of growth is outstanding customer service. An organization cannot achieve efficiency and effectiveness without providing its customers with customer service and maintaining the organizational behavior (Bakke, 2005, pp: 46).
