Executive Summary
This study highlights the cultural and organizational change issues at the Miami Dade corrections department and shows how changes in the organizational culture at Miami Dade is affecting the entire corrections system of the Miami Dade prison in a holistic context. The study also provides an analysis on the various developments that have taken place in the Miami Dade corrections sytem and highlights the consequences of these changes on the Miami Dade employees in general.

Introduction
This study demonstrates the cultural and organizational change issues in Miami Dade corrections Departement. Modern organizations are becoming more culturally diverse than they ever were. Consequently, there is a need for the leaders of such organizations to address the problems associated with the difficulties that arise with increasing vigor and dedication.
