The book I am discussing here is the book of Management and Organization, written by Simon Lilley, Palgrave Macmillan Stephen Linstead and Liz Fulop. The book's main focus is on the management theories issues tackled by the management. The theories of leadership and managing the work strategically are also focused in the book. The internal environment of the organization is made up of the elements that are a part of the business, such as current human resource, management of the organization, and especially the corporate culture, clearly defining the behavior of the employee. Even though, some of the factors affect the company over all, however, there are many factors when collaborated with one another affect the organization. Organizations choose environments after a detailed analysis of the internal, as well as the external factors encompassing the structure of the company. After detailed analyses, researchers at present are f the belief that for the betterment of the organization, the company ought to craft up their own environment and generate new ideas for employee efficiency and effective production (Stephen et al, 2009).
A management's philosophical and the leadership style mainly affects the recruits of the company. Traditional management endows instructions to their employees and employees are compelled to follow it. However, on the other hand, progressive management empowers human resource to make their decision on their own and be accountable for it. All the changes in philosophy along with the leadership styles are controlled by the management.
