In busy society of today, we have moved to several online solutions. Online therapy is one of those solutions for individuals who are looking for a less intrusive form of therapy. With the popularity of internet online therapy has been an effective common tool for humans. Online therapy is a type of service that helps individuals to attain therapeutic services through online databases which are operated by a therapist or therapists, these therapists are also called as in charge of the website. In this paper I am going to discuss three different online therapy websites. This discussion will include content of each website along with discussion on professionals involved in the operation of these websites.

The first website visited by me was www.lzcybershrink.com. This website is operated by Elizabeth Zelvin, she advertises her services over this website. She is a licensed psychotherapists and clinical social worker. She is the only therapist offering her services over this website. According to her biography Elizabeth Zelvin has twenty years of experience and has private practice in New York State. She uses chat room setting to provide online therapy to her client. A client asking for therapy takes appointment beforehand via email. She provides a password to the client; she and her client come online on agrred time and then therapy starts. Ms Zelvin charges her clients on half hour basis. Charges for thirty minutes are $65 whereas chat of 100 min costs $100 and an email exchange costs $ 45. The website revolves around promotion of her products and services (Zelvin, 2009).

Website # 2

The other website of the online therapy www.live-counselor.comis the site which led to offer the online therapy that uses the set up of chat room. This is the website which around 200 different counselors, social workers and the therapist available. Thus, the clients allowed by the live-counselor in order to search for the social worker, counselor or therapist through an issue that would likely to be assisted with. Moreover, the site led to offer the assistance in coping with the crises, addictions and physical condition, parenting disorder, eating disorder, emotional and personality disorder with the issues of relationship.
