Nike's stock is trading higher following Lance Armstrong's decision to end his longstanding fight against the persistent U.S. Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), the nonprofit, congressionally recognized sports watchdog group that has long accused the iconic cyclist of juicing his Tour de France victories with performance-enhancing drugs.
