Introduction

The multiculturalism is the principle that several different civilizations can live calmly and rightly in a single country. A lot of work has been done to support the multiculturalism in the world. Multicultural education is something bigger than it seems. There are many benefits and advantages of the multiculturalism education especially in a multicultural country like America. Multicultural education helps in understanding the other fellow citizens properly and defines a peaceful society. Despite of its advantages, sometimes generally in the schools having students with different regional, religious and ethnical background this multiculturalism can cause problems.

Problems and Challenge

There are many challenges and problems regarding the multiculturalism. One of them is the African-American cultural conflicts in the schools. This problem is not only in the United States but is found throughout the world. The main cause of this problem is the history of America that describes the African-American as the slaves brought on the land of America by the European merchants.

Social Systems Operating in the System

The social problems that are the main cause of this type of problems is physical, economical and linguistic differences between the African-American and the Americans. The pronunciation of the words due to the physical difference of the African-Americans is not so good. Similarly the body physics of the African-American is much different from the Americans. It doesn't stop there but the church, localities and even work places of the African-American and other Americans differ from each other. These are the socials problems that are eliminating the chances of the development of a multicultural country.

Changes Needed in Order for the System to Work

In order to keep the system in working condition there should be some solution of the African-American conflict. Respect for others culture and their ancestors should be the main purpose.
