It has been observed that the quality of services provided by the nurses affects the patient's health results. The better care provided will result in quick and better recovery of the patient.

The aim of this report is to assay quality management in health services through the Magnet model. The magnet model will be used to assure quality control of the nurses' participation in providing proficient care to the patients and how their work will be evaluated by the responsible heads.

Quality assurance encourages the professionals to provide best care and services to the patient to increase the reliability and trust of these patients in the organization and its management.
