Silver Meadows Care Home is located at Middlesex and is efficiently providing the healthcare facilities to the old aged people. In order to provide the quality healthcare facilities, it is very important that the quality management system is followed which recruit people who are willing to work for the social cause. Silver Meadows is providing many of the services to the number of people that are living in the care house. The main motive for this care house is to provide the individuals with the services and comfort in order to maintain their satisfaction level and to make them live happily.

As Silver Meadows is currently having 60 staff members for the services. But there is requirement of having the staff nurse and care worker for the house, for which effective recruitment is required. On the other hand, it is very important that the quality is maintained through the use of effective monitoring strategies and then improvement and development of the employees through the trainings which will motivate employees and will increase their motivation level. By increasing the motivational level, there will be ultimately an impact on the performance of the employees. This will not only help the organization but will also allow the employees to perform better and provide better service quality.
