The organization has hired employees from the world. The management style changes with the change in nationality. Every country has different traditions and style of management. It is important for global business managers to be able to understand cultural differences in their endeavors to maintain strategic advantage. This essential because striking suitable stability between relationship-building and deal-closing can be difficult in cross-cultural exchanges. For some communities for instance the Americans merely rely on a record of successful transactions to make relationships and trust. So an American may decide to do business with a stranger before getting to know him first. It has become important to investigate this topic because of the changed world. The management is hiring different people from different background. My analysis on nationality differences; they are negotiated and exchanged in highly complex ways. Whether on the individual or the collective level, our vitality as persons is constructed and maintained in relation. Therefore, it seems obvious at first glance, that the ethics of nationality diversity should also be dialogic and relational.

Diversity programs have advised to be good investments whose comes heretofore have been very beneficial to the organization. Successful professionals are discovering to illustrate assistance of diversity programs to enterprise on macro and micro levels. We have to recall that having the diversified workforce is not certain thing the business should have; really it is something that has occurred or is shortly going to occur due to detail that we have the more diversified population.
