This paper discusses the pros and cons of the assumptions under which a variety of management styles derived from the diversity of national cultures. The last forty years the dominant model of management was first American and then Japanese. This paper also discusses the national management style of India and its cultural styles. It was believed that in every country, however, there is a specific management model, formed under the influence of national cultural heritage. But is it correct to assert that management style is largely determined by the nature of deep-rooted cultural forces of the people? Led by a Frenchmen their companies differently than the Danes? There are two approaches to this problem, which can be called "freedom of culture" and "dependence culture".

The manner in which the companies are managed staff, less dependent on the culture of the country than on the size of these companies used in these technologies and their industrial environments. The logic of competition, involving venture capital Company, is based on the advanced know-how and skills training, and requires an appropriate management model. It is well known that the company whose competitive strategy based on innovation, use a more professional and committed management style compared to the mass producers of bolts and screws, plastic toys, or hamburgers. It is generally recognized fact. In turn, the network management fast food is not too varies with the cultural environment.

Adherents of the opposite view - "depending on the culture" - the claim that different societies, cultural conditions contribute to the formation of peculiar relatively stable patterns of thinking and behavior, shared by the majority of their members. Each new generation, as it takes beliefs and values ??of the previous one, reproduces the cultural heritage of the country. While the economy companies compete in different conditions within the country all face the same cultural circumstances that forces them to adopt similar structures and leadership styles that match the existing in a society of cultural forces. Comparative studies in management have proved that the Japanese have managed their companies very differently than Americans. Consequently, national culture can indeed act as a cause of the different ways of organizing companies and their management. Nevertheless, it is not necessarily the dominant factor influencing the style of management. Reflecting on the European model, one should bear in mind these two points of view. Such a model - whether it be Italian, German, Swedish, French or British - it's an idealized types. All forms of idealization has one big disadvantage: they do not always correspond to reality. Moreover, make no mistake about what can be adopted to describe the country's management style so as to encompass all significant problems.
