Introduction

Question 1:

In addition, it is also equally important to understand that strategy creation is not enough for the success of any business. This means, it is also essential to ensure proper implementation of the strategy to achieve business goals. This paper is aimed to analyze the decision makers of General Motors.

The purchase of automobiles in terms of the decision-analytic approach analyses the last major purchase. In order to negotiate during the process of purchasing a home or automobile, it is important that research vehicle history. So much important is the evaluation of your finances and finding information on the type of vehicle I was interested. I saw buying guides for vehicles or trucks, the Internet and other resources for information about prices and other features of the car or truck I want. I read the fine print in the ads to be clear on supply, interest, down payment, the terms financial and lease and any additional charges. I made every effort to become a consumer informed before conducting a major purchase like a vehicle or a home. I compared prices, and asked questions about the incentives and car buyer programs for the first time, the reduction plans and compare interest payments when providing an offer payment. I prepared to prevent serious credit problems that may happen if I had spent too much. Keeping in mind, being informed not only help to protect your finances, but it also serve to have a good experience when purchasing your vehicle (Gurau, Ranchhod & Hackney, 2001).
