Discussion

Management is a science and practice which becomes integrally important in today's business world. The internal and external environment has become more competitive and sharp in a manner that its implementation has become competitive advantage for the organizations. The sharp change in the business environment has amended the overall picture making developing the importance of certain concepts like: Planning, Leading, Organizing, Staffing & Controlling. Businesses around the world is developing and constantly changing because globalization factor changed the meaning and way of doing business. Companies are developing strategies this requires constant attention for the management in order to develop these strategies. There are a number of issues which they have to deal on daily basis. These activities are directly related to productivity or profits that have generated sales of their products or services, and more so when customers back again to buy your products or services, this joy does not have to be hindered by the different changes or needs as there are companies or professionals offering services to meet these requirements (Hamel, 2000).

Increasing flexibility in management systems ensure greater dynamism because the all these factors had a great impact on developing organizational productivity. Increased flexibility is made possible by computers and all elements that provide computer.
