The long term success is influenced by the organizational considerations which are organization's own mission, values and objectives. Feedback from the customers and supplies also help in the improvement of system for a long time. Without these considerations, any organization is not able to work for a long time or get success for a longer period. Restructuring is also a part of the organizational consideration which is necessary to implement time to time in order to avoid negative outcomes. The delayed results may not satisfy end users so the major objective of any organization is to satisfy customer requirements which are accomplished by considering several possibilities of restructuring and procedural change. Government has also an influence on organization's missions and values and, regulations should be followed according to the country legislations (Gruber, et al, 2009). With the passage of time, technology is advancing day by day and each day brings new ideas and renovations and, it is necessary to work on research areas to provide new products that meet the customer requirements. Long term success is a measurable value and, it is dependent on the discussed factors and, without the involvement of these factors, organizations do not think to get success for a long time.
