Dear respected Elected Official,

Recently, the State of the Union Address, President Obama proposed minimum wage increase from $7.25 to $ 9.00 by 2015 in the United States. I am not in favor of raising the minimum wage of $7.25 per hour. There are several reasons for this disagreement. First of all, increasing the per hour wage means cutting labor employment. $7.25 is still the lowest wage rate among all other developed countries. The wage was raised in $7.25 in 1998 which is affected by inflation decreasing its real value.
