Legislator's response to their conscience

Introduction

The purpose of this study is to expand the boundaries of our knowledge by exploring some relevant facts related to the response of legislator to conscience. In this paper the author will examine whether legislators should respond to their own conscience or be responsible to the interests of their constituencies.
