Introduction

The topic under study relates to the area of organizational management. It identifies evidences about two organizations as the learning organizations. The term learning organization defines an organizational characteristic which continuously facilitates the learning of its employees and transform this learning into organizational processes. Learning organization need to stable the process of succession planning very seriously, because it protects all of its knowledge resource. "Learning" means the ability to build for the future and move forward in small steps. The two organizations that are discussed in the paper are Toyota and IBM.
