Justice Criminal System

Introduction

Few would deny that the U.S. justice system has problems. Prisons do not rehabilitate criminals and are marked for life. Meanwhile, the recidivism rate is astronomical and the courts are crowded and many defendants do not receive fair representation because of costs.
